Shedding My Pirate Booty- 3 Week Update

It's already been a whole 22 days since I started my "diet." It's started off tough, but now this are getting easier. Supposedly it takes 21 days to break a habit, so maybe that's why.

Week Three Results:

Calories Burned Exercising: 0
Net Calories Consumed: 13,085/12,250
Weight Lost: -3.5 lbs, -15.5 lbs total
Current Weight: 212.5 lbs

Neck: 14.5"
Waist: 38"
Hips: 45"
Thighs: L 29" R 28.5"

I know I went over my calories allotted again this week, but I am still surpassing my goal of -1.5 lbs a week. I don't want to starve myself, so if I truly feel hungry, I'll eat.

You may have noticed I added measurements this time. I am excited to say that I have just started the Mamavation #2WeekChallenge. I will be doing a different exercise routine each day and tracking my results. I usually don't incorporate exercise until my weight loss slows down, but I decided to make things different this time. I am determined to make this the last time I diet. I want to stop having goal weights and just have a healthy weight. I will be posting more about the challenge as I go along, but so far it's just been one day. I felt great all day after my work out, but at the end of the night I was left feeling sore. I know I'm just out of shape and it will get better. Although it is just a 2 week challenge, maybe I will take it to 3 weeks so it becomes a new habit.
