Shedding My Pirate Booty Week Seven

This past week was wonderful. I was on vacation (almost the whole week), threw The First Mate's second birthday party, and celebrated my six year anniversary with The Captain. However, with celebration comes food and indulgence. I was hoping the number on the scale would also be something to celebrate. 

I was really good at tracking everything on my vacation. You can see my 2519 calorie breakfast brunch I enjoyed at Goofy's Kitchen at the Disneyland Resort. However, once I got into party mode, I stopped tracking. There was just to much going on to stop and track. Heck, I didn't even remember to take photos at my child's birthday party. 

Week Seven Results:

Calories Burned Exercising: 3371
Net Calories Consumed: 8530+?/12,600
Weight Lost: -1 lbs, -19.5 lbs total
Current Weight: 208.5 lbs

So after all that food, I still lost a pound! I credit that to all the walking over our 3 days at Disneyland. With my FitBit Flex I was able to track my mileage and steps. I walked 17.04 miles and 39,634 steps just throughout the park and to and from the hotel. 

Although I had a great week of celebration and continued weight loss, I'm looking forward to this week. It's been some time since I was 100% on track. I want to really kick up my weight loss to get out of the 200's soon, and for good.
