Shedding My Pirate Booty Week Seventeen

I started my seventeenth week off with the excitement of a big loss the week before. I also started it off with a some serious calories burned due to our move. I burned 902 calories just in one day! I thought for sure it would be another successful week. Then I forgot about the whole moving reality. There is a lot of eating out and crappy food because EVERYTHING is in boxes. I still managed to keep it under control most days. 

I did have one "splurge" day, if you can call it that. I was really just so damn hungry from having no food in the house. Once we had some cookware, it was on. 

I also recalculated my calorie goal because I dropped below 200 pounds, so it was time. My daily goal dropped from 1510 to 1460 calories per day. That is enough to lose 1.5 pounds per week.



Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect on the scale. Here's what I got though:


Week Seventeen Results:

Calories Burned Exercising: 4928
Net Calories Consumed: 8974/10,220
Weight Lost:  -1 lbs,  -30 lbs total
Current Weight:  198 lbs
