I did have one "splurge" day, if you can call it that. I was really just so damn hungry from having no food in the house. Once we had some cookware, it was on.
I also recalculated my calorie goal because I dropped below 200 pounds, so it was time. My daily goal dropped from 1510 to 1460 calories per day. That is enough to lose 1.5 pounds per week.
Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect on the scale. Here's what I got though:
