Since being chosen as one of the Mamavation Bootcamp 18 Moms last Monday night, things have really changed around here. My days have been filled with workouts, doctor's appointments, blood work, and more Google Hangouts than I ever imagined. It's been amazing, exhausting, and exciting, all at the same time. However, part of my "duties" is the Monday night Hangout.
Each week +Leah Segedie, myself, and the other bootcampers, +Toni Carrigan and +Dee Copeland are discussing our experiences with the bootcamp. We will share, the good, bad, and the ugly, along with the weight we have lost. This week's theme is learning to detox your nutrition. We will be joined by Dietician +Corinne Dobbas and Dr. +Jean Layton to share their expertise and help educate everyone, just like they have been with the three Bootcamp 18 moms. So, I will still giving you updates on Monday's but they will just be over on Google Plus at 7pm PST.
If you aren't on Google Plus yet, you should be. In fact, you should read my reason's why you'll love it. If you can't make the hangout, don't worry. it's recorded so you can watch it later, at your convenience. See, Google Plus sounds pretty cool, right?
What does that mean for the Shedding My Pirate Booty series? I will be posting a reminder of the hangout each Monday, and then update you Wednesdays with my weight lost, thoughts, and a link to the weekly Mamavation Bootcamp 18 post. That will have a recap from all three Moms as well as some video to capture our thoughts.
