Shedding My Pirate Booty Week Twenty-Three

It's been another week at weight loss and achieving my health goals. Last week was pretty great, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect this week. However, things really seemed to click to into place. I had a rough day on Super Bowl Sunday due to limited food choices, and couldn't get in all my steps due to some unforeseen blogging fiascoes. That day was just a disaster, so I'm moving past it.

It all still seemed to work out in the numbers, despite one tough day. Here they are:


Week Twenty-Two Results:

Calories Burned Exercising: 4118
Net Calories Consumed: 8157/10,220
Weight Lost:  -3 lbs,  -39 lbs total
Current Weight:  189 lbs

I should add that after starting my Mamavation Bootcamp, my calorie goal has been adjust from what My Fitness Pal recommends. I haven't changed this on My Fitness Pal, because it having a lower goal set keeps me from going over. 

I'm excited for the week to come because we have changed up out exercise routine. My arms are going to be so amazing. Seriously. We've also added in running, which I have come to actually enjoy. Crazy right? I am a little weary of what the scale will bring because I've had 2 great weeks in a row. I'll just keep putting in the work and know that I am heading in the right direction.
