Weight Lost: -2.5 lbs, -41.5 lbs total
Current Weight: 186.5 lbs
Yay for another loss, and dropping to just 10 pounds about my pre-pregnancy weight!
I have been having some rough Sunday's lately, so I need to figure out how to get in some more activity on those days. In fact, after looking at my stats, I think the new workout routine isn't burning as many calories as I was before. I think I will add in some other activity to get my total calories burned back up to where it's been.
I'm glad I've been losing consistently though, so obviously this whole bootcamp has been good for me. It's going to be over so soon! Be sure to see my and the other mom's vlogs and thoughts here:
