Honestly, this week seemed rather uneventful. I can barely remember what I did. I do remember that My Fitness Pal sliced my calories, again! It feels like a weekly occurrence lately. Although it was only 10 calories a day this time, it is still food off my plate!
I started off the week with a high from a large drop on the scales and really wanted to ride that feeling. I did well calorie wise, except for the weekly Sunday dinner at my in laws. I always factor this in, so it wasn't terrible. Where I wish I could've done more this week was exercise. I couldn't fit it in enough. I had too many things scheduled and I was just too tired some nights to do a workout.
