Shedding My Pirate Booty Nine Month Update

It's now been nine months of this series. No, I didn't skip month eight, but I did call it month seven by mistake. Oops. Now that I'm back on track calendar wise, let's reflect on my efforts this week.

Honestly, this week seemed rather uneventful. I can barely remember what I did. I do remember that My Fitness Pal sliced my calories, again! It feels like a weekly occurrence lately. Although it was only 10 calories a day this time, it is still food off my plate!

I started off the week with a high from a large drop on the scales and really wanted to ride that feeling. I did well calorie wise, except for the weekly Sunday dinner at my in laws. I always factor this in, so it wasn't terrible. Where I wish I could've done more this week was exercise. I couldn't fit it in enough. I had too many things scheduled and I was just too tired some nights to do a workout. 

It's my nine month update, not on pregnancy, but this baby weight I've been hanging on to.

Week Thirty-Nine Results: 

Calories Burned Exercising: 2088
Net Calories Consumed: 9119/9450
Weight Lost:  -0.5 lbs,  -60 lbs total
Current Weight:  168 lbs

That's another half pound gone and I've hit 60 pounds! Cool. That means I've lost the equivalent of the weight of an Elephant's penis. Well that's something to brag about, eh?

I've lost an elephant penis! Yes, I've lost 60 lbs, which is the same weight as this guys member. Go me!

I am happy with the small loss after such a big week. I'm ready to step up my exercise this week (gym time tonight) and keep moving to hit my 10,000 steps a day goal. I hope to keep my calories low like I did this week so I'll be ready when the My Fitness Pal weight ninjas decide to slash my calorie goal again.
