This week is all about out with the old, and in with the new. I spent the better part of yesterday cleaning out my closet of all the clothes that no longer fit me. I am now back into clothes from years and years ago. It's a pretty good feeling.
I've bought SHORTS! Yes, not pants, but shorts. I literally haven't worn shorts since July of 1999. I found two adorable pairs that I decided to try on, just for fun. Not only did they fit, they looked cute. I had to get them. It's still a weird feeling when I wear them, but cool. Literally, cool. It's been in the 90s here already.
What was also out this week, was weight. I have had two weeks of poor results and was fed up. I really committed this week to exercise and stay on plan. After a bit of a chocolate binge on Monday in an attempt to eat my feelings on gaining half a pound, I bounced back. I had some killer run days and worked on my core. I also recalculated my calories, so my goal dropped significantly.
I did take a rest day Sunday because I couldn't a trip to the gym in. Today is the first day of the #2WeekChallenge, so I wanted to make sure I was ready to take it on. I needed the rest after working a ridiculous shift on Saturday of over 12 hours, with almost no break.
Week Thirty-Six Results:

Weight Lost: -4 lbs, -57.5 lbs total
Current Weight: 170.5 lbs
I'm totally rocking my Animal PJ's on the scale. I was an animal this week and worked for that result. I can't wait to see what next week brings. I can't even comprehend hitting the 160s right now, but I am excited to get there.
I plan to give it my all again and complete my #2WeekChallenge exercises. I've convinced some friends and family to join in the challenge as well, so we can motivate each other. I've already got two run days scheduled too. I like seeing results like this, so I'm going to try and make it keep happening.
