Last week I was coming off such a high of losing 4 pounds and I was determined to keep that momentum going. I have been going strong with my #2WeekChallenge and I got in my scheduled two runs. I smashed my previous best times too!

I did have two splurge days this week though. I had a moms night out that had food and snacks, and Mother's Day. I went a little overboard on Mother's Day brunch desserts, but that's my thing. This week will be back to normal, so I should bounce right back.
