Shedding My Pirate Booty Week Thirty-Seven

Last week I was coming off such a high of losing 4 pounds and I was determined to keep that momentum going. I have been going strong with my #2WeekChallenge and I got in my scheduled two runs. I smashed my previous best times too!

With that big weight loss last week, I also had to recalculate my calories with My Fitness Pal. I lost another 30 calories a day (210/week). This drop in calories the past few weeks has been a challenge. I am not sure what I should be consuming. My Mamavation Bootcamp allotted me more calories than My Fitness Pal (1700-1900), so I have been eating closer to that range. I try to stick with 1600-1800 now, but it's making my charts look not so good.

I did have two splurge days this week though. I had a moms night out that had food and snacks, and Mother's Day. I went a little overboard on Mother's Day brunch desserts, but that's my thing. This week will be back to normal, so I should bounce right back.

Week Thirty-Seven Results: 

Calories Burned Exercising: 3158
Net Calories Consumed: 10,043/9520
Weight Lost:  +2.5 lbs,  -55 lbs total
Current Weight:  173 lbs

So I gained 2.5 pounds. I burned a ton more calories this week, but I also ate more. I know that the #2WeekChallenge is really working my muscles, so they are most likely holding on to some water as well. I am not in any way discouraged because it all makes sense. Coming off a big loss week is always tough. I'm going to keep on doing what has been working for me that past 260 days.
