This was my first week back to "normal" after a vacation. It was a bit tougher than I thought it would be to jump right back in to it all. I have gotten out of the habit of cooking, and eating out all the time is never a good plan when you want to lose weight. It was definitely an improvement over vacation though, thank goodness!
Week Forty-Three Results:
Calories Burned Exercising: 1885
Net Calories Consumed: 9900/9450
Weight Lost: -2.5 lbs, -62 lbs total
Current Weight: 166 lbs I nearly lost all my vacation weight this week, just a half pound shy. If I hadn't have eaten some yummy take out mid week and had another day at the county fair, I'm sure I would've shed more weight.

I am glad to see my exercise calories went up too. Last week was just sad. I was a bit rusty at on the treadmill, but I still got in a run. Just being back at work has helped get my activity level back up. However, I only hit my 10,000 step goal once this week. I'm setting some goals to keep me heading the right directions.
Hit 10,000 steps at least 5 days
Burn over 2000 calories exercising
Stay under my weekly calorie goal
Exercise at home
I'm starting with these basic goals and we'll see where that takes me. See you next week.
