Shedding My Pirate Booty Week Forty-Five

I'm keeping this week's update short and sweet because there really isn't much to write about. 


I am still struggling to get back to where I want to be with my running and exercise, but I have been focused on my food. Luckily, that is still carrying me through.

Week Forty-Five Results

Calories Burned Exercising: 1045
Net Calories Consumed: 9682/9450
Weight Lost:  -1.5 lbs,  -64.5 lbs total
Current Weight:  163.5 lbs

I still can't believe that I only burned 1045 calories exercising this week. It seems so low. It's all FitBit calorie burn, I literally did no exercise. I just wasn't disciplined enough to squeeze in a run. I kept thinking "I'll do it tomorrow" only to skip it again. I did forget my FitBit one day, but I estimated my calorie burn that day. 

I suppose having an extra day off for the Fourth of July also impacted my numbers. I am usually less active on days I don't work, and there was a lot more food to encounter. 

I know I have said this the past few weeks, but I really want to get back to my old habits if regular workouts. I have the 150s in my sights now, and it's hella motivating. (Yes, I said hella, but it seemed appropriate)

Next week I want to see a number close to 3000 in that calories burned section and a less calories consumed. I CAN pull that off.
