Look, I'm still here! It's been a week of silence, but I was making the most of my time.
I was nervous this week, because my calories dropped a bit, and that can be a challenge. I have been eating more calories than allotted recently, but this week I really honed in on my food.
As far as exercise, I still need to work back up to my old routine. This week was exhausting at work, so it just wasn't the time to make it happen. I am pretty sure my calories burned are higher than calculated, but my FitBit just couldn't hang with my shift until 3AM! The battery died around 6:30 in the evening, and I kept on moving.
