Shedding My Pirate Booty Week Forty-Seven

Look, I'm still here! It's been a week of silence, but I was making the most of my time. 

I was nervous this week, because my calories dropped a bit, and that can be a challenge. I have been eating more calories than allotted recently, but this week I really honed in on my food. 

As far as exercise, I still need to work back up to my old routine. This week was exhausting at work, so it just wasn't the time to make it happen. I am pretty sure my calories burned are higher than calculated, but my FitBit just couldn't hang with my shift until 3AM! The battery died around 6:30 in the evening, and I kept on moving.

Here's what I worked for this week.

Week Forty-Seven Results

Calories Burned Exercising: 1410
Net Calories Consumed: 9248/9240
Weight Lost:  -3.5 lbs,  -68 lbs total
Current Weight:  160 lbs

Getting to the end of the 160s is crazy to me. I haven't seen the 150s since my wedding, seven years ago. That took months of gross meals delivered to my door and the upcoming wedding to get me there. It like this method much better.
