Shedding My Pirate Booty Week Forty-Eight

Although I've been quiet here on the blog lately, and owe you a post as to why, I also owe myself this weekly SMPB update. No matter what the scale says, I committed to documenting it here. It keeps me honest, keeps me going, and it's a keepsake of my journey. 

As life gets busier and more complicated, so does my ability to exercise. I haven't made the changes in exercise that I know I need to. My excuses are working, but sometimes it's because they are valid. I did manage a run, but it was fairly insignificant because I can't even remember much of it. My only reminder is the sports bra, now long dried, hanging in the hall bathroom. 

Week Forty-Eight Results

Calories Burned Exercising: 1460
Net Calories Consumed: 9167/9240
Weight Lost:  +1 lbs,  -67 lbs total
Current Weight:  161 lbs

Up a pound this week, most likely due to my exercise, or lack there of. I did burn more calories and eat fewer calories this week compared to last. Yet, the scale was less generous than the 3.5 pounds it gave away last time. That may be why this week a bit lack-luster. 

I wonder if the 150s are going to be my next challenge? Probably not. My next challenge is my excuses and my time. I need to make my time work for me and my excuses need to fade away like my time seems to currently. 

We shall see how I handle those challenges next week...
